CAUTION:  

 

References values for cyclosporin, tacrolimus and methotrexate given above is only for general cases. The values measured should be evaluated by the doctors. i.e. reference value for cyclosporin given above is valid for stabil kidney disease, but the values may be higher for the patients who is operated for bone marrow trasplants.

 

The values measured which is not given a reference values above should be evaluated by the concerning doctors.

 

Blood samples for methotrexate analysis should be kept in dark. i.e. sample could be enveloped by aluminum foil. In addition it should be noted for laboratory;

 

- When blood samples were taken after the drug (24-36-42-48. h)

 

- Expected values (0-1, 1-10, 10-100, 100-1000 µgr/mL)
