Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Laboratory

The blood assays of various drugs are monitored at Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Laboratory. For this assays TDx (Abbott) and CDx90 devices are used.
 

TDx

TDx uses “Fluorescence Polarization Immunoassay(FPIA)” method, and it measures the following drugs:

1.      Fenitoin

2.      Fenobarbital

3.      Karbamazepin

4.      Metotreksat

5.      Everolimus

CDx90

It uses “Cloned Enzyme Donor Immunoassay (CEDIA)” method, and measures the following drugs:

 

1.      Valproik asit

2.      Digoksin

3.      Takrolimus

4.      Siklosporin

5.      Mikofenolik asit

6.      Trisiklik antidepresan

7.      Amfetamin

8.      Opiyat

9.      Kannabinoid

10.  Benzodiazepin

11.  Amikasin

12.  Gentamisin

13.  Asetaminofen
